Access the Search page in your top navigation bar and search for a resource as you normally would, using the service offering, client, distance, and location fields. Once you have filled out all of the required fields, click Search to be taken to the search results page:

On the search results page, click on the In-Networks Partners toggle to update your search to reflect only partners within your Network:

Each In-Network resource is represented by a banner on the outside of the resource card:

  • Resources labeled In-Network - Preferred mean that your organization has established a contract with this program, and the service provider agrees to meet certain obligations when serving your client.

  • Resources labeled In-Network means that the program agrees to process and provide status updates on whether or not they can provide this service.

Integrated Search Results

The default search results will combines local and regional resource sites together into one list. You will be able to find the most relevant resource for your client regardless if services are being offered nearby or remotely. You will see a combined list of resource sites that are local, and resource sites that are regional.

Located under the resource name are new tags to allow you to identify the type of resource this is, and what area it covers.

  • Serves your local area indicates a resource with a physical location nearby, and will include its distance from the address used in the search.

  • Serves your state indicates a resource without a physical location, which serves the state used in the search.

  • Serves nationwide indicates a resource without a physical location, which serves all states, including the one used in the search.

Now you’re ready to connect your client to these resources. To learn how to send an In-Network referral, click here!
