If you are unsure where to start when using the Community Access Platform, you can Take a Screening. A Community Access Platform screening matches you with social service programs within your community. You can then share the information about these programs with yourself and contact some organizations directly. When you click continue, you will be taken to the screening, which will look a lot like this:
If you are not comfortable answering a question, you are welcome to skip it. The more questions you answer, the better your search results will be.
Screening Completion
Following the completion of your screening, you can review your list of recommended service offerings as well as have options for your next steps.
At the top of the screening results page, there are three options: Print Results, Text Results, and Find More Resources.
Print Results: Print results of all of the matching resource sites. A PDF will open in a new tab.
Text Results: Enter your phone number to text yourself a list of your matched resource sites.
Find More Resources: This will take you back to the search page so you can find more resources.
Further down the page, you will find your matched service offerings based on your screening results represented on Resource Cards. Resource cards are condensed to show the most relevant information: a brief description, distance, and service offerings that match your screening results.
