Manage Users

If your organization needs to add new users to the platform, please get in touch with Healthify Support by the live chat box or emailing us at support@healthify.us and send us the following information for the users you would like to add:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

A member of the Healthify Support team will add your new users to our Healthify Training platform and after we've received confirmation they have completed their training, we will create their Healthify account.

Deactivations

If your organization needs to deactivate any staff accounts, get in touch with Healthify Support by the live chat box or emailing us at support@healthify.us and let us know which staff accounts you would like to deactivate.


Change Referral Manager Assignment

If you would like to change your organization's referral manager assignment around, please get in touch with Healthify support by the live chat box or emailing us at support@healthify.us.

Referral Manager Tip

Navigate to the My Listings tab to see your current programs in the network, and their assigned referral managers.


Add new programs to the network

If your organization would like to expand the programs they offer to the network in Healthify, you can create new resource sites from the link below.

After creating your organizations new resource sites, please share the URL of the resource site and who the referral manager/s will be for the new program with the Healthify Support Team.
