The email includes the patient’s name, date of birth, zip code, phone number and email address as well as a list of the services requested. You may accept or decline referrals from within the email and share additional context for your decision. If you accept the referral, please reach out to the patient directly to provide services.

If the referral is accepted, an additional email will follow three days later, and you may update the referral to provide more details to the referral sender. This email is similar to the first but has four options:
