The Healthify Insights Report is an overall visual summary of screening, search, and referral activity trends across a Network or Company. The report covers the past complete month, with some charts showing trends over the past 12 months. The report is shared by email as a PDF.

Data Definitions

Metrics are listed in the order they appear in the Healthify Insights Report. 

Network: The current name of the network that the report covers.

Company: The current name of the company that the report covers.

Month: The month that the report covers.

The following are in the User Activity Overview section.

Screenings Completed: The number of completed screenings over the past month.

Searches Performed: The number of searches performed over the past month.

Clients Referred: The number of clients for whom referrals were created over the past month. A client can have multiple referrals made on their behalf at one time, so the number of clients referred would not necessarily equal the number of referrals created.

Referrals Created: The number of created referrals over the past month.

Referrals Completed: The number of referrals that were marked as completed over the past month. This is inclusive of referrals that were created outside of the reporting month.

Total Users: The number of total users currently associated with the Network, Company, or Team.

Confirmed Users: The number of confirmed users currently associated with the Network, Company, or Team. These users have confirmed their Healthify accounts.

Engaged Users: The number of users who have logged into Healthify within the past month.

The following are in the Screening Activity section. Note that this section only applies to customers with screenings.

How is screening volume trending?
The number of started screenings over the past 12 months. Stratified by whether a screening is completed, opted out, or incomplete. Screenings marked as opted out means that a client declined Healthify’s privacy policy. Screenings marked as incomplete means that a client accepted the privacy policy, but did not finish the screening.

How many clients were screened?
The number of clients who started at least one screening over the past 12 months. A client may have multiple screenings within the reporting month, and this includes completed, opted out, and incomplete screenings.

What are the top needs identified through screenings?
The top five most matched service offering categories by completed screening count over the past month. 

What are the most active screening options?
The top five screening options by total screening count over the past month. Stratified by whether a screening is completed, opted out, or incomplete.

The following are in the Search Activity section.

How is search volume trending?
The number of searches performed over the past 12 months. Stratified by whether an action was taken on a search. Actions include: adding to the resource basket, favoriting a resource, sharing a resource, downloading a PDF, viewing the resource page, or creating a referral.

What percentage of searches led to referrals?
The percentage of searches that led to at least one referral over the past month.

What are the top needs identified through searches?
The top 5 most searched service offering categories by search count over the past month. Stratified by whether or not the search led to at least 1 referral.

Where are needs identified through searches?
The top searched geolocated zip codes over the past month.

The following are in the Preferred Referral Activity section. Note that this section only applies to customers who have partnerships with organizations in the network that have contractual commitments to provide services. This tier is called In-Network - Preferred.

How is Preferred referral volume trending?
The number of In-Network - Preferred referrals created over the past 12 months. Stratified by referral status. Metric is based on a referral's status at the end of the past given month.

How many clients are referred to Preferred resources?
The number of clients who were referred to In-Network - Preferred resources over the past 12 months. A client can have multiple referrals made on their behalf at one time, so the number of clients referred would not necessarily equal the number of referrals created.

How is the Preferred referral completion rate trending?
The percentage of In-Network - Preferred referrals created over the past month that has been marked as service completed, based on referral created date. Calculated for each of the past 12 months. Metric is based on a referral's status at the end of a past given month.

How long does it take to complete a Preferred referral?
The average number of days for an In-Network - Preferred referral created over the past month to be marked as service completed, based on a referral's created date. Calculated for each of the past 12 months. Metric is based on a referral's status at the end of a past given month.

How far along are Preferred referrals?
The number of In-Network - Preferred referrals created over the past month, sorted by referral status. Metric is based on the referral's status at the end of the past month.

Who is sending the most Preferred referrals?
The top five referring companies by the number of outgoing In-Network - Preferred referrals created over the past month.

Which organizations are receiving the most Preferred referrals?
The top five receiving companies by the number of incoming In-Network - Preferred referrals created over the past month. Stratified by referral status. Metric is based on the referral's status at the end of the past month.

What are the top needs addressed by Preferred referrals?

Which Out-of-Network organizations have the most logged referrals?
The top five receiving organizations by the number of Out-of-Network referrals created over the past month. Stratified by referral status. Metric is based on a referral's status at the end of the past month. (Note: referrals going to resources unassociated with an organization are not represented.)

What is the age breakdown of screened clients?
The number of screened clients by age group over the past month. Includes completed, opted out, and incomplete screenings. (Note: this metric only applies to customers with screenings.)

What is the gender breakdown of screened clients?
The number of screened clients by gender over the past month. Includes completed, opted out, and incomplete screenings. (Note: this metric only applies to customers with screenings.)

What is the age breakdown of referred clients?
The number of referred clients by age group over the past month. Includes In-Network - Preferred, In-Network, and Out-of-Network referrals.

What is the gender breakdown of referred clients?
The number of referred clients by gender over the past month. Includes In-Network - Preferred, In-Network, and Out-of-Network referrals.
