These are trying times, especially for healthcare and community-based organizations that are dedicated to keeping people healthy and safe amid the COVID-19 pandemic. We appreciate the magnitude of the work ahead of you and the constraints you’re dealing with on a daily basis. Know that we are dedicated to supporting you through this journey. We want you to know that Healthify’s team is operating at full capacity and continues to be available to support you via in-app chat, email, or phone.

Here are some adjustments we’ve made to the Healthify platform to support COVID-19 efforts:

  1. We’ve added a message in the Healthify platform to let you know to reach out to community-based organizations directly before referring clients. Since some organizations are experiencing day-to-day changes in service delivery, we want to make sure that you are aware of these changes so you can best support your clients. You can find this message in a banner at the top of the search page and results page:

We've added over 100 resources from the CDC, state health departments, and city health departments to make it easy for you to access COVID-19 information, and we’ll grow this list in the coming weeks. Simply enter “Coronavirus COVID-19” in the Healthify search box to find resources that are specifically providing resources and information related to the situation. Toggle over to the “Regional” resources filter, and you’ll see relevant matches display there. This is how resources for COVID-19 will appear in Healthify:

3. We know that not everyone has access to a platform like Healthify to connect community members they serve–or even themselves–to resources they need in difficult times. To support our broader communities, Healthify’s COVID-19 resources will be freely available here as well. Please feel free to share this link with anyone who you think may need it!

We are inspired by the work you’re doing to care for those who are struggling to access basic necessities like food, shelter, and transportation.
