The Healthify Operational Report is an overall visual summary of user engagement within the platform over the past complete month. This report provides a detailed look into users’ screening, search, and referral activity across a Network, company, or Team. The report is shared by email as a PDF. 

Data Definitions

Metrics are listed in the order they appear in the Healthify Operational Report.

Network: The current name of the network that the report covers.

Company: The current name of the company that the report covers.

Team: The current name of the team that the report covers.

Month: The month that the report covers.

The following are in the User Engagement section.

Total Users: The number of total users currently associated with the company or network.

Confirmed Users: The number of confirmed users currently associated with the company or network. These users have confirmed their Healthify accounts.

Engaged Users: The number of users who have logged into Healthify within the past month.

The following are in the Screening Activity section. Note that this section only applies to customers with screenings. 

Screenings Completed: The number of completed screenings over the past month.

Average Screenings Completed per User: The average number of screenings completed over the past month per user. Calculated with only users who started at least one screening. Screenings without users (via integration or guest screening workflows) are NOT included.

Who are the most active screening users?
The top five users by screening count over the past month. Stratified by whether a screening is completed, opted out, or incomplete. Screenings without users (via integration or guest screening workflows) are not included.

The following are in the Search Activity section.

Searches Performed: The number of searches performed over the past month.

Average Searches Performed per User: The average number of searches performed over the past month per user. Calculated with only users who performed at least one search.

Percentage of Searches Led to Referrals: The percentage of searches that led to at least one referral over the past month. (Note: this dataset only applies to customers with referrals.)

Referrals Created from Searches: The number of created referrals that came from searches over the past month. (Note: this dataset only applies to customers with referrals.)

The top five users by search count over the past month.

Who created the most referrals from searches?
The top five users by the number of created referrals that came from searches over the past month. (Note: this dataset only applies to customers with referrals.)

The following are in the Outgoing Referral Activity section. Note that this section only applies to customers with Coordinate networks.

Referrals Sent: The number of outgoing Coordinate referrals created over the past month sent out by your group.

Average Referrals Sent per User: The average number of outgoing Coordinate referrals created over the past month per user. Calculated with only users who created at least one Coordinate referral.

Who sent the most referrals?
The top five users within your group by the number of outgoing Coordinate referrals created over the past month.

What is the status of outgoing referrals?
The number of outgoing Coordinate referrals sent out by referral status. Metric is based on the referral's status at the end of the past month.

Which Community Partners are receiving the most referrals?
The top five receiving company by the number of outgoing Coordinate referrals created within the past month. Stratified by service completed, incomplete, and canceled referral statuses. Incomplete referral status are unstarted, in-review, and service in-progress. Metric is based on the referral's status at the end of the past month.

The following are in the Incoming Referral Activity section. Note that this section only applies to customers with Coordinate networks.

Referrals Received: The number of incoming Coordinate referrals created over the past month sent to your group.

Referral Completion Rate: The percentage of incoming Coordinate referrals created over the past month that were marked as service completed at the end of the past month.

Referrals Completed: The number of incoming Coordinate referrals with a service completed status at the end of the past month. Metric is based on referrals that were marked as service completed during this month by any user and includes referrals created at any time in the past.

Average Days to Complete a Referral: The average number of days for an incoming Coordinate referral to be marked as service completed. Metric is based on referrals that were marked as service completed during this month by any user and includes referrals created at any time in the past.

Average Referrals Completed per User: The average number of incoming Coordinate referrals completed over the past month per user. Calculated with only users who updated the status of at least one Coordinate referral. Metric is based on referrals that were marked as service completed during this month by any user and have a service completed status at the end of the past month. Metric includes referrals created at any time in the past.

Who is completing the most referrals within your group?
The top five users within your group by the number of incoming Coordinate referrals with a service completed status at the end of the past month. Metric is based on referrals that were marked as service completed during this month and includes referrals created at any time in the past.

Who is completing referrals the quickest within your group?
The top five users within your group by average days to complete an incoming Coordinate referral. Metric is based on referrals that were marked as service completed during this month and have a service completed status at the end of the past month. Metric includes referrals created at any time in the past.

What is the status of incoming referrals?
The number of incoming Coordinate referrals created over the past month by referral status. Metric is based on the referral's status at the end of the past month.

Which Community Partners are sending the most referrals?
The top five referring companies by the number of incoming Coordinate referrals created over the past month. Stratified by service completed, incomplete, and canceled referral statuses. Incomplete referral status are unstarted, in-review, and service in-progress. Metric is based on the referral's status at the end of the past month.

Referrals Logged: The number of logged Track referrals created over the past month by users within your group.

Average Referrals Logged per User: The average number of logged Track referrals created over the past month per user. Calculated with only users who created at least one Track referral.
