The Healthify Executive Summary is an overall visual summary of client engagement, search, and resource metrics. This report provides an overview of user search activity for a Team, Company, or Network, as well as resource activity. The report is shared by email as a PDF.
Data Definitions
Fields are listed in the order they appear in the Healthify Executive Summary.
Company: Current name of the company for the scheduled report
Resource site state: Included state(s) for the given report. Note: This only applies to resource site metrics
Report start date: The first day of the month the report captures
Report end date: The last day of the month the report captures
Activation rate: Percentage of users who have confirmed their account since implementation of Healthify
Engagement rate: Percentage of users who have logged into Healthify within the last 30 days
Total users: Total users associated to the given report's team, company or network at the time the report was pulled
Active users: Users who have confirmed their accounts and are associated to the report's team, company or network at the time the report is pulled
Engaged users: Number of users who have logged into Healthify within the past 30 days
New users invited: Number of users associated to the report's team, company or network who have been granted access to Healthify in the last 30 days.
Cumulative created users: History of total users in the past 12 complete months including Active and Engaged users
Users by stage: Total users categorized by status of Pending, Active, and Engaged in the past complete month
Search champions: Top 10 users with highest search count in the past complete month
Searches by engaged user: Average number of searches per engaged user in the past complete month
Searches: Total number of searches conducted by given report's team, company, or network's associated users in the past complete month
Top searched category: Social determinants of health (SDoH) domain category with highest number of associated searches in the past complete month
Searches by engaged user history: History of average searches per engaged user in the past 12 complete months
Searches by top category: Total number of searches by SDoH domain category in the past complete month
National resources: Total number of resources in the Healthify database
State resources: Total number of resources in states specified by “Resource Site State”
Added resources: Total number of resources added to the Healthify database in the past complete month in given report's specified state(s)
Resource favorites: Total number of added resource favorites in the past complete month
Resource flags: Total number of reported resources in the past complete month
Resource updates by time period: Percentage of resources validated by Healthify’s Resource Network team within the past 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 9+ months.
Resources by top categories: Top SDoH domain categories with the most associated resources in the Healthify database
