Compared to the desktop version, mobile Search has a few key differences.

Selecting Service Offerings

The service offering field is simplified so you can quickly add search terms. You will see suggested service offerings when you start typing.

Map

The map that appears on computer devices will not appear on mobile. 

Preferred Provider and Coordinate Partner Filters

If you are a Search or Track user, you can filter results by Preferred Providers only. If you are a Coordinate user, you can filter results by Coordinate Partners.

To add a filter:

  • Tap on the blue “Filters” text to see the option. 
  • Tap on the toggle on the right to select the filter. You’ll know if the filter is on when the color changes to blue.
  • Tap on “Apply filters” in the bottom right corner to update your search. This will take you to your updated results.

You’ll know if the filter is added when there is a number shown next to the filters, which shows many filters are currently applied.

To remove the filter:

  • Tap on the blue “Filters” text to see the option.
  • Tap on the toggle on the right to unselect the filter. You’ll know if the filter is off when the color changes to gray.
  • Tap on “Apply filters” to update your search. 

Starting a New Search

The Update Search button lets you start a new search from the results page.

  • Tap on the blue Update Search button to see the search bar in fullscreen view.
  • Tap on the field you want to change.
  • Once you’ve entered your new search terms, use the orange Search button to see new results.
