If you are a Track or Coordinate user, you can add an attachment to a referral and upload attachments to a client’s profile.

Attachments when creating a referral

When creating a referral, you can add an attachment by clicking the Browse button from the referral form. 

Select a file from the upload dialogue in your browser window.

The file name will appear in the referral form. You can delete the attachment before creating your referral by clicking the X icon alongside the attachment name.

Note: You can only upload one attachment to a referral at a time. 

You can also add additional attachments to a referral from the referral page. Click the Upload Attachments button to add an additional attachment. 

Attachments on a Client Profile

You can add attachments to a client’s profile by clicking the Add Attachment button on the profile page.

From the attachment form, click the Browse button. 

Select a file from the upload dialogue in your browser window.

The file name will appear in attachment form. You can delete the attachment before uploading by clicking the X icon alongside the attachment name.

Click the Upload button to upload the attachment to your client’s profile.

Attachments Restrictions

  • Attachments must be a PDF. 
  • Attachments cannot exceed 50MB.
  • You can only upload one attachment to a referral at a time.  

Deleting Attachments

You can delete an attachment that you previously uploaded to a client's profile or to a referral by clicking the Delete button alongside that attachment.

Note: you cannot delete an attachment that you did not upload. In order to delete an attachment that a teammate uploaded, please contact that teammate directly.

When you click to delete an attachment, you will be asked to confirm your decision before the attachment is permanently deleted.

Once you confirm, you will see a message that acknowledges the attachment has been successfully deleted. The attachment will be permanently removed from the client's profile or referral.
