After using filters to begin a search, navigate through your results to find the resource that best fit your client’s needs. Two of the most important features on this page are the Map and Resource Cards.

Map

We are integrated with Google Maps. You'll notice the blue pin as the address you entered into the Location field, with surrounding red pins indicating your service offering results. If you enter a zip code, county or city, the blue pin will show in the center of the designated area.

As you would normally with Google maps, you can zoom in and out, move the map around as well as utilize the street view. 

Resource Cards

Your search results will be represented by Resource Cards:

Resource cards are condensed to show the most relevant information: a brief description, distance and service offerings which match your search. From the Resource Card you can: 

Integrated Search Results

The default search results will combines local and regional resource sites together into one list. You will be able to find the most relevant resource for your client regardless if services are being offered nearby or remotely. You will see a combined list of resource sites that are local, and resource sites that are regional.

Located under the resource name are new tags to allow you to identify the type of resource this is, and what area it covers.

  • Serves your local area indicates a resource with a physical location nearby, and will include its distance from the address used in the search.

  • Serves your state indicates a resource without a physical location, which serves the state used in the search.

  • Serves nationwide indicates a resource without a physical location, which serves all states, including the one used in the search.

Other actions:

  • For Platform users, you have the ability to Log a Referral from the Resource Card

  • For users in a network, you have the ability to Send a Referral from the Resource Card if the resource site is part of the Network
