How to request new accounts, new programs, and referral manager assignment changes.

Manage Users

If your organization needs to add new users to the platform, please get in touch with Support by the live chat box or emailing us at scc.support@wellsky.com and send us the following information for the users you would like to add:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

If your organization has Team Admins, Team Admins are able to create staff accounts directly in the site. Learn more about that here.

Deactivations

If your organization needs to deactivate any staff accounts, get in touch with Support by the live chat box or emailing us at scc.support@wellsky.com and let us know which staff accounts you would like to deactivate.

Change Referral Manager Assignment

If you would like to change your organization's referral manager assignment around, please get in touch with Support by the live chat box or emailing us at scc.support@wellsky.com.

Referral Manager Tip

Navigate to the My Listings tab to see your current programs in the network, and their assigned referral managers.


Add new programs to the network

If your organization would like to expand the programs they offer to the network, you can create new resource sites from the link below.

You can also create a new resource site under the My Listings section of your account.

After creating your organizations new resource sites, please share the URL of the resource site and who the referral manager/s will be for the new program with the Support Team by live chatting with us or emailing us at scc.support@wellsky.com.
