Resources are used by users to get their clients connected to the best service offerings based on their individual needs. Despite having a vast array of resources in our database, there is a constant and evolving need for new additions. While WellSky adds to the database, user suggestions are always welcomed!

In order to access this feature, you must conduct a search for resource sites in their area. Please visit Searching for Resources for further explanation on how to do this.

Note: If you have access to client profiles, please visit this Knowledge Base article on how to search for resources using your client's profile.

On the right hand side underneath the map, click the 'Add a resource here' button.

You have two options for a new resource:

Note: This option is recommended if you do not have extensive information on the resource (i.e only having the organization name and website/ number).

Note: This option is recommended if you are able to provide more in depth information such as contact information, websites, organization name, service offerings and any applicable steps to acquire the service.

2. In cases where you have detailed information on the resource suggestion, you can use the Full Creation Page button. This page allows for you to create a resource page from scratch. We recommend having core information such as organization name, service offerings and contact information. Once submitted, Support will review and verify the information. Any other pertinent information discovered by the Support team will be added to the resource suggestion before going live on the platform.

If you would like us to add multiple resource sites in bulk, such as from an organization file etc. please contact Support to get them added into the platform.
