The Healthify Operational Report is an overall visual summary of user engagement within the platform over the past complete month. This report provides a detailed look into users’ screening, search, and referral activity across a Network, company, or Team. The report is shared by email as a PDF.
Data Definitions
Metrics are listed in the order they appear in the Healthify Operational Report.
Network: The current name of the network that the report covers.
Company: The current name of the company that the report covers.
Team: The current name of the team that the report covers.
Month: The month that the report covers.
The following are in the User Engagement section.
Total Users: The number of total users currently associated with the company or network.
Confirmed Users: The number of confirmed users currently associated with the company or network. These users have confirmed their Healthify accounts.
Engaged Users: The number of users who have logged into Healthify within the past month.
The following are in the Screening Activity section. Note that this section only applies to customers with screenings.
Screenings Completed: The number of completed screenings over the past month.
Clients Screened: The number of clients who started at least one screening over the past month. A client may have multiple screenings within the reporting month, and this includes completed, opted out, and incomplete screenings.
Screening Users: The number of users who administered at least one screening over the past month.

The top five most matched service offering categories by completed screening count over the past month.
The following are in the Search Activity section.
Searches Performed: The number of searches performed over the past month.
Search Users: The number of users who performed at least one search over the past month.
Percentage of Searches Led to Referrals: The percentage of searches that led to at least one referral over the past month.
Referrals Created from Searches: The number of created referrals that came from searches over the past month.

The top 5 most searched service offering categories by search count over the past month. Stratified by whether or not the search led to at least 1 referral.
Where are needs identified through searches?
The top searched geolocated zip codes over the past month.
The following are in the Outgoing Referral Activity section. Note that this section includes In-Network - Preferred, In-Network, and Out-of-Network referrals.
Preferred Referrals Sent: The number of outgoing In-Network - Preferred referrals created over the past month by your group.
In-Network Referrals Sent: The number of outgoing In-Network referrals created over the past month by your group.
Out-of-Network Referrals Logged: The number of logged Out-of-Network referrals created over the past month by your group.
Clients Referred: The number of clients for whom referrals were created over the past month. A client can have multiple referrals made on their behalf at one time, so the number of clients referred would not necessarily equal the number of referrals created.
What is the status of outgoing referrals?
The number of referrals created over the past month, sorted by referral status. Stratified by In-Network - Preferred, In-Network, and Out-of-Network referrals. Metric is based on the referral's status at the end of the past month.
What are the top referred needs?
The top five referred service offering categories by the number of referrals created over the past month. Stratified by referral status. Metric is based on the referral's status at the end of the past month. Includes In-Network - Preferred, In-Network, and Out-of-Network referrals.
Where are the most active Preferred organizations?
The top resource location zip codes by the number of In-Network - Preferred referrals created over the past month, and includes In-Network Preferred, In-Network, and Out-of-Network referrals. Includes In-Network - Preferred, In-Network, and Out-of-Network referrals.
Which organizations are receiving the most Preferred referrals from your group?
The top five receiving companies by the number of outgoing In-Network - Preferred referrals created over the past month. Stratified by referral status. Metric is based on the referral's status at the end of the past month.

Percentage of Those Referrals In-Progress: The percentage of incoming In-Network - Preferred referrals created over the past month that were marked as service in-progress by the end of the past month.
Percentage of Those Referrals Completed: The percentage of incoming In-Network - Preferred referrals created over the past month that were marked as service completed by the end of the past month.
